All it takes is a few simple steps:
- choose send to me to receive the voucher to your e-mail address or choose send to a friend, filling in the required data the voucher will be forwarded to the indicated e-mail address.
- select the amount and add to the cart
Immediately after the purchase the gift card in digital format will be sent to the indicated address.
The gift card comes in the form of a voucher: in order to use it, the voucher code must be entered in the heading 'Promo code' during checkout.
Clicking the 'add' button, the total amount of the cart will be updated by subtracting the value of the gift card. In case that the total amount of the cart is less than the value of the gift card, an e-mail will be sent with a new voucher code of the remaining value.
CONDITIONS OF USE
The gift card is only available in digital format and is valid only at our online store www.cinziarocca.com for 12 months following the purchase. When the validity period expires, it is not possible to renew the card or use it to purchase goods and no refund of the remaining amount shall be given in any form.
The gift card can be purchased online at www.cinziarocca.com, via the forms of payment accepted by the website, but discount vouchers, or other gift cards cannot be used to purchase them.
If the total cost of the items desired exceeds the total or the remaining amount on the card, the difference can be paid using any form of payment accepted by the websit. The total cost of the items desired can be paid by combining the gift card with other forms of payment accepted online.
The amount loaded onto the Card can be chosen by the Customer (minimum of €100 up to a maximum of €1000) and this credit can be spent all at once or in several transactions until the initial value is reached. In case the gift card amount is not use in a single purchase, an e-mail will be sent with a new voucher code of the remaining value.
The gift card itself is a bearer instrument that is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
If it is stolen or lost, the card cannot be replaced or refunded.
The gift card does not give right to the free shipping.
